Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your order date, please contact us at starladastore@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.
Starlada is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Carrier delays or natural events
- Customs processing
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at starladastore@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
